My Own Fur and Blood

Come meet some of my original kitties!  They won't bite, I promise.

Acrylette

Nicknames: Acryl, Cryllie
Gender: Queen
Age: Teenkit, around Rumpleteazer's age.
Breed: Possible tabby.
Stay or Housecat: Stray
Owner: N/A
Mate: None, yet.  She does have her eye on Emerdon, though.
Reasons Acrylette Could Be a Mary Sue:
She doesn't fall for Tugger.
She is extremely shy around cats she doesn't know and/or big crowds.
She is good at hunting.
She always follows the rules.
Reasons Acrylette Isn't a Mary Sue:
She is exuberant and loud around the cats she knows.
She isn't related to Macavity.
She isn't very talented at either singing or dancing.
She only comes to the Junkyard because she has no where else to go.
She is one of the pudgier queens.
She doesn't try to reform Tugger.
She isn't a conjurer.
She is kind of paranoid, but not as much as Demeter.

Personality: Demeter/Electra/Jellylorum/Cassandra/Exotica
Demeter because she is paranoid, but not as much as the canon.
Electra because she is shy around those she doesn't know, but she is loudmouthed and wise-cracking around her friends.
Jellylorum because she is a goody-two shoes and likes to follow rules.
Cassandra because she likes to be individual and doesn't care what the others think of her. Even if it's good things.
Exotica because she seems to have more fun by herself than when she's in a crowd.
Other-Acrylette has a tendency to act on first impressions. If someone makes a good first impression on her, she is determined to make friends, or at least be nice. If someone makes a bad first impression, they stay on Cryllie's bad list for a long long LONG time. She always defends her friends, due to her "cat-lawyer" attitude (she'll be determined to prove that she is correct, whatever the cost, and she'll defend her case long after the matter has been settled). She is a bit of a neat-freak, and always likes to clean herself and make everything tidy and organized. Also, she is probably the most cat-like (if that even makes sense) in the Junkyard, because she can often be found chasing some particles in the sunlight, or batting at a hanging line of some sort for hours. And even though she is a stray, she very much likes human affection and is always willing to be picked up and be nuzzled and scratched.
History: Acrylette's mother was very sickly and was not able to take care of her. She had barely gotten through the delivery alive (she had given birth to three other kittens, but they were all still-borns). One day she found a box outside a pet store with a "FREE" sign that had another fur ball inside, and Acrylette's mother put her inside and left with hope that her daughter would have a better life.
Little did she know that the fur ball inside was not a cat, but a Pollicle (a Jack Russell, to be specific) named Emerdon. When she opened her eyes, they instantly became friends, for they were unaware in their young stage that cats and dogs were eternal enemies.
Because Acrylette was one of the heavier-set cats, the people who came by the box thought that she would survive just as well without them, and didn't think twice about taking her home. She was picked up and cuddled by plenty of children, but the parents always put her back in the box.
Eventually, the owner of the pet shop let them out of the box, since no one would take them home, and sent them out into the streets. No one else to turn to, they traveled nearly the entire city with each other, getting baffled looks from other cats and dogs.
One day, Acrylette woke up to discover that Emerdon was gone. She searched for hours but she couldn't find him. When sundown came, Acrylette didn't know where to turn. But she saw a lot of cats going into a junkyard, and so she descretely followed them, and quickly fell asleep under a pile of old newspapers near the entrance, and was gone the next morning before anyone noticed. She continued this routine for days. Look for Emerdon, sneak into junkyard, sleep, look for Emerdon, sneak into junkyard, sleep. She thought he would never turn up.
One morning following an especially brutal day of searching, Acrylette had slept in and was accidnetally discovered by one of the cats. (Pouncival; he accidentally fell on her) Almost all the other cats thought she was a spy for Macavity, but Acrylette tried to reason with them, claiming she didn't even know who Macavity was. After hours of evaluation, Acrylette was accepted into the Jellicles and no longer had to sneak into the Junkyard.
She still kept up her search for Emerdon, however, but kept it a secret from the other Jellicles, for she heard how scornfully they spoke of Pollicles. Eventually, she found him, out of breath and scared stiff from being captured and taken to the pound. (This dawned the beginning of Acrylette's ribbon-collar.) After he had calmed down, they started up a game of tag, and somehow Cryllie led him into the Junkyard. She made a mad dive in the pipe to hide. Emerdon stormed in, and the Jellicles, not even registering the gleeful look he had on his face, instantly assumed he wanted trouble. Munkustrap was the first and only to attack, scratching Emerdon across the nose. Munkus was surprised and confused when the young Pollicle ran away, and even more so when Acrylette came out of hiding, slapped him across the face, and then ran after Emerdon.
The rest is still under construction.
